Question rules
- Do not post passport numbers, booking codes, phone numbers, precise live location or another person’s private data.
- No harassment, illegal requests, advertising, impersonation or repeated submissions.
- Questions may be edited for privacy, clarity and reuse, or rejected without publication.
- Submitting a question grants permission to publish an edited, non-identifying version and its answer.
- Answers are reviewed and written manually by Sanghyeon in Korea. This is not a 24-hour or real-time support service. The usual review window is 9:00 AM–9:00 PM Korea Standard Time (UTC+9), but messages are not monitored continuously. Korea KnowHow aims to respond within three business days, although complex questions may take longer.
Bookings and third parties
Reservations and purchases occur with third-party providers under their own terms. Korea KnowHow does not process the booking or control provider refunds.
